Things that pull B vitamins out of our bodies are common for most of us:
Birth control pills, coffee on an empty stomach daily, excess alcohol (that may have hit most of us these last few months), multitasking and stress/overwhelm every single day, processed foods, poor gut health (antibiotic use over the years), heartburn meds, acidic foods etc. Too many to name.....
