It's ok that you don't know how to feel right now!

Right now none of us do.

It's ok that you feel a little scared.
It's ok that you feel a little overwhlemed.
It's ok that you are sad or worried or unsure.
We are all going through moments of all of this too.
Because we've never done this before.
But it will be ok.
The unknown can be freaky, I totally get that.
But the known can be super comforting so let's focus on that.
You get to spend more time at home.
Really spend time at home.
With the ones you love.
And not be busy, even if it's just for a week or two...you get to stay home and do whatever you've been meaning to do... for ages.
Or do nothing at all. Remember what being bored feels like?? Ya me neither... let's do that.
Relax even.....maybe (#momlife).
No sports, no activities, no birthday parties, no gym, none of it.....
There will be messes....so many messes with kids at home....
We need to find a way to be grateful that we have those messes (even when it makes us crazy!!!)
It's strange to watch the whole world slow down so let's figure out how to make the most of it.
Let's start thinking about what we can do from home, what we can do for our families, and what we can do for ourselves with in our own little worlds.
And somehow let's support those who are on the front lines of health care, and emergency/essential services, and those who can't go out themselves. Small things do add up!
I don't know what this is all going to look like, but I'm hoping that we will be able to look back and be proud of how we all came together in this time and did what we needed to do.
